I am Will Pei Yuan, a software engineer with over ten years of experience, working independently. I design and build websites and web apps for people whose work deserves better than a template — and it is me you talk to, from the first conversation to launch and what comes after.

For pickleball coaches, clubs and organizers

I play, and I have been building for this community since 2024 — so I know what a club actually needs: lesson booking, a coach dashboard, tournament registration with real payments, a draw that survives someone not showing up, standings on a phone, and results that go to DUPR. Some of that exists as products I run; the rest I build per club.

For artists and creatives

Tattoo artists, fine artists, photographers, athletes with a brand to carry. A site that reads as an extension of the person, not a portfolio grid: the story up top, the work wired to the feed you already post to, a way to book or buy that does not need a storefront to run, and the structured data that lets a search engine connect the site to the person it already knows.

For small businesses and founders

Marketing sites that make the phone ring, lead forms that qualify before you reply, a CMS you can edit without me, payments when there is something to sell, and the unglamorous parts — analytics, alerts, legal pages, a deploy that does not need a developer standing next to it. Built lean, on Next.js and Vercel, with the pieces a business actually uses.

How pricing works

There is no rate card, on purpose. What a project costs depends on what it needs, and I would rather hear what you are working with and find an arrangement that fits than turn a good project away. Every estimate comes from me, after I understand the work — never from a form.

Active development with regular check-ins. You see work in progress, not a finished product dropped on you.

Two structured revision rounds. Feedback is tracked, nothing gets lost.

We go live. Full handoff of code, credentials, and documentation. Ongoing support available.
